Connect E-Sports Partners with Ohio eSports to Run Fighting Game League

Connect E-Sports has entered into a partnership with Ohio eSports (OES) to provide a fighting game league with a variety of game titles for all skill levels.

Connect E-Sports is a unique modular facility that can host small to large scale highly produced E-Sports and entertainment events. Ohio eSports is a championship league specializing in competitive fighting game tournaments, and enthusiast’s outreach. Together, the two will host fighting game tournaments, and an annual champion tournament to bring enthusiast together through a shared love and appreciation for competitive fighting games and the culture around them.

“We’re excited about this partnership to expand our horizon into more fighting games. Our space was built to provide a place for people who enjoy video games to connect both online and in-person. These events allow people with similar interest to meet others and compete in something they are passionate about,” said owner of Connect E-Sports, Mary Baldino.

“Ohio eSports is excited to partner with Connect E-Sports to bring more esporting events to the community. Our goal at Ohio eSports is to make esporting in Ohio a sustainable opportunity, and to do that we must have as many events as possible. Hopefully over the coming years, our partnership with Connect E-Sports will continue to grow and Dayton, OH will become an esporting hub for thousands of Ohioans”, said Robert Farris, Ed.D; founder of Ohio eSports.

You can find Connect E-Sports and OES’s full schedule of events at www.connectesports.com/events.
